Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team at Yugn. You will identify training needs, plan interventions, manage the training calendar, and facilitate the New Employee Induction program. Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports and support onboarding by creating effective training modules for Life Insurance, General Insurance, and banking products.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Learning & Development (BFSI preferred), strong knowledge of adult learning principles, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with an annual pay of ₹800,00 to ₹1,200,00, plus benefits.
