Job Description
Zaco Computers is seeking a dedicated Service Support Executive to provide onsite and remote technical support to our users. The ideal candidate should demonstrate confidence while managing ticket queries for timely resolutions. You will oversee engineer arrivals with the necessary tools and inventory, while maintaining spares for AMC customers.
Experience in the installation and support of computer hardware, including servers and networking (DELL, HP, IBM, SUN), is required. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, ticket management tools, and fluency in English are essential. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
