Job Description
We are seeking a committed ServiceNow CMDB Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensuring data integrity within the ServiceNow platform.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the quality of CMDB data, supporting the lifecycle management of configuration items (CIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement industry best practices.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a solid understanding of ITIL processes, alongside exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Prior experience with ServiceNow is essential.
